Our PVC fencing includes a lifetime warranty for lasting peace of mind.
Five-year deck warranty
Our decks are covered by a five-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
Extended coverage
Extended coverage is available on select products at no additional cost.
What is not covered
Warranty coverage applies to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Misuse, unusual or improper use
- Neglect or alterations
- Impact damage
- Extreme weather events
- Ground movement
- Damage caused by third parties

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. Additional manufacturer terms and conditions may apply. Submitting a form does not guarantee that a claim will be approved. All claims are subject to inspection and to the terms printed on your original invoice or contract, which govern in the event of any conflict. Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address and is not transferable unless stated in writing. Manufacturer product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms, exclusions and approval. Service visits for issues found to be outside warranty coverage may be billed at our standard rates. If a condition presents an immediate safety hazard, call us at (613) 777-5200 instead of waiting for a form response.
